Newforma Konekt supports uploading files of any format and size, and brings together files from multiple data sources for a unified and consistent collaboration experience.
Manage your files from one central place without having to move them from where they’re located. Enjoy the benefits of working from one platform, not needing to switch between applications.
Use the File Manager to upload new files or add versions of existing files. You can also sort, move, rename, download, and delete files. If you upload a file with the same name as another one in the same folder, Newforma Konekt will detect the duplicate name so that your team is working from the latest version.
You can manage and send files directly in the Newforma Konekt platform to your external colleagues via email. A download link is then provided. Users that do not have a Newforma Konekt license are able to download and view the files you share, letting you keep outside stakeholders connected to your project while maintaining full audit logs.
Use Newforma Konekt’s file manager to access files from SharePoint or Autodesk Docs, and download them. In this way, Newforma Konekt becomes the focal point for your project without needing you to switch applications, tabs or windows.
